Want to take it to the next level? Try a 30 day juice fast! Do what feels right for you, but remember that food is fuel, and what you put in is precisely what you're made of.
You don't need to be a culinary wizard to add more raw produce to your diet: just try nibbling things raw that you'd normally cook! Our faves? Raw broccoli, asparagus, zucchini, carrots, kale, green beans!

Stick to farmer's markets, produce stands, and the produce aisles of your grocery. Avoid anything that's been processed, prepared, premade, etc. If meat is a part of your diet, bring it down to one serving a week if possible, choosing humanely farmed environmentally responsible sources.
